ACES is hosting its 2022 Ordinary General Meeting – and you’re all invited to attend!

Date: 12th May 2022
Time: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM 

Location: C1 Lecture Theatre (25 Exhibition Walk)

The night will involve socialising with fellow civvies, a free dinner and the chance to join our committee. ​

​

We’re giving everyone the opportunity to be involved with ACES!
 

We will be holding elections for the following vacant positions:

VACANT POSITIONS

- President
- Vice President (Social)
- Industry Officer

- Industry Liaison [non-voting]
- Assistant Events Officer 

- Events Liaison [non-voting]
- Academic Officer 

- Third Year Representative 

- Publications Officer [non-voting] (see requirement below*)

- Continuity Officer

There MAY also be possible elections for the following positions:

Please also prepare a short 1-2 minute speech to present on the night for each role you would like to nominate yourself for. A short 1 minute Q&A will follow afterwards.

*Publication Officer Requirement: If you would like to run for the role of Publications Officer, please prepare a PowerPoint of some design work you have done previously alongside your speech. 

​

NOTE: In order to be nominated for a position or to vote at the OGM, you MUST be a Clayton student and a member of ACES for at least 7 days before the OGM. 

​
