Make use of ACES' academic events to get tips and attend workshops to help boost your knowledge required for your Civil Engineering course. Information sessions are also provided for students to be able to make informed decisions concerning their course.
SOFTWARE TRAINING
Upgrade your knowledge in Engineering software programs such as 12d Model, SPACE GASS and AutoCAD, needed for both your units and in the industry. These sessions are led by experts who have excellent experience with the software.
EXAM STUDY SESSIONS
Can't concentrate and have too many questions before your exam? Come to our study sessions with your mates and study together with students alike.
INFORMATION SESSIONS
4TH YEAR ELECTIVES
This is a great opportunity to hear from students who have previously studied civil engineering units provided as fourth year elective subjects, and gather information that will hopefully help you choose units for future years.
POST GRAD/RESEARCH
Be involved in the panel discussion about research where postgraduate students from each research group will be talking about their work in the Civil Eng Department and answering any curiosity you have.
